Project XVII is a brand that offers design and manufacturing services.
What is a tech pack?
A tech pack is a group of documents that contains all the technical information needed to build a specific product. Think of a tech pack as a blueprint for clothing or accessories.
Do you handle manufacturing as well?
Yes, we can facilitate manufacturing for limited items (such as t-shirts, long sleeves, etc.) which will be produced through a third party. The items we can facilitate manufacturing for include (but not limited to) select clothing items, stickers, patches, posters, and various other products.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ) for manufacturing?
We can start as low as 100 pieces per color for your clothing items. Note: this can be split between 1-5 different sizes. The reason for this is to keep costs low and reduce material waste as most fabrics are ordered in bulk.
How long does it take for my custom digital design to be completed?
You can expect a reply from your initial inquiry generally within 2 business days. From there, one of our design specialists will work with you directly to create a design you're 100% satisfied with. Overall, this process usually takes anywhere between 1-3 weeks, mostly depending on if revisions are needed or not. *This does not include production times for manufacturing.*
How long will it take to make one tech pack?
2-4 weeks. This process entirely depends on the communication received from the client, and further depends on how many revisions are needed. We want to make sure you're happy with your finalized tech pack!
Can you provide a list of manufacturers?
We're currently working on a template that will offer a list of manufacturers, until then we do not just because of the conflict of interest. We hope you can understand!
How long does it take to make a sample and how long does bulk production take?
Typically the production of a sample will take 3-4 weeks, plus delivery time (5-7 business days). Bulk production is about 30-45 days, not including shipping times.
